Tax and Fees

• COUPLES ONLY SPECIAL! $250/NIGHT FOR TWO PEOPLE OCTOBER 31-MAY 15. (Two night minimum stay is required and offer not valid on holidays)
• Weekly $1700
• Nightly $295/night with minimum 3 night stay.
• Nightly $350/for two night minimum stay.
• Rate based on 6 person max.
• Payment Due: 3 weeks prior to stay.
• Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed

• State/county/locality tax and processing fee: 10%
• A non-refundable $75 fee applies to all cancellations.
• Pet fee of $125 with prior approval
• Pontoon rental available, $375/week.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Features

• A credit card number is needed to book a reservation and the person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Guests are responsible for any damages and/or excess cleaning, other than normal wear and tear, as a result of their occupancy. Get Outta Town, LLC, reserves the right to charge the renter's credit card for any damages or excess cleaning necessary, as permitted by state statute.
• A deposit of $500 by credit card is due at the time of booking and guarantees that this property is reserved for you.
• The $500 deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of your rental, which is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
• Once you have placed a reservation, any cancellation will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
• A 21 day cancellation policy is in effect. If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more in advance of your arrival date, $425 of the deposit will be refunded.
• If your reservation is cancelled fewer than 21 days in advance of your arrival date, no refunds will be made unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all monies shall be refunded, minus the $75 cancellation fee.

• Beautiful great room with knotty pine floors and walls, windows surround to exceptional lakeviews and woods, gas fireplace and futon (sleeps two).
• Private dock with great swimming area and beautiful lake views.
• 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with two XL twin beds (they can be joined to make a king)
• Large deck, grill (charcoal) and outdoor fire ring.
• Great room with double size futon for sleeping and also a single hide-a-bed, T.V. and VCR/DVD.
• Video Library
• Wireless internet, so bring your laptop if you are so inclined
• Bed and bath linens provided. (Bring your own beach towels).
• Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
• Paddleboat, life jackets and inflatable water devices.
• Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 in master bedroom.
• Ceiling fans in all sleeping areas
• Public access to boat launch within 1/4 mile.
• Wonderful lake views as cabin sits just 45 feet from the lake
