Welcome to White Pine Cottage on Upper Whitefish Lake in the Crosslake area of Minnesota. This quaint cottage is set on private acreage with beautiful towering white pines. The cottage is the guest house to the main home, where the owners do not live, but are occasional visitors. This property shares a spectacular sandy beach shoreline and dock area with the owners of the main house.

Features

The Main House is set in the middle of 10 acres of 200 year old White and Norway Pines, and sits just high enough for spectacular views of Upper White Fish Lake. The shoreline and dock area are fabulous for swimming, fishing and making sand castles in the sand. The beatiful hard sandy bottom makes for an ideal swimming area. There is also a firepit down by the lake, which is the perfect spot to make s'mores. The Main House features 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a beautiful "north woods" decorated living room complete with wood burning rock fireplace and breathtaking views of the lake. The Main House combined with the Cottage can comfortably sleep up to 12 persons.

This cottage rental alone would be ideal for the family or couple who would love the dock and lake area for the sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, the fabulous swimming with hard sandy lake bottom, and the peaceful nature setting with towering pines all around you. The cottage features one large room with 2 single beds, 2 double beds, a small kitchen and dining room area and a bathroom with a single shower stall. The property is best suited for 2-4 people, but can hold up to 5.

Main House with Cottage (sleeps 12) Weekly Rate (Saturday to Saturday): June/July/August $3,400

Main House rental without Cottage (sleeps 7) Weekly Rate: $2,200

Cottage rental without Main House (sleeps 5) Weekly Rate: $1,200

Cottage rental alone (without Main House) Daily rate:

$275 for 3 night minimum stay

$375 for 2 night minimum stay

Rate based on 1 - 5 persons for Cottage only, and up to 12 persons for both Main House and Cottage.

Check in 4 P.M. Check out 11 A.M.

Payment Due: 3 weeks prior to stay.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

• A credit card number is needed to book a reservation and the person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Guests are responsible for any damages and/or excess cleaning, other than normal wear and tear, as a result of their occupancy. Get Outta Town, LLC, reserves the right to charge the renter's credit card for any damages or excess cleaning necessary, as permitted by state statute.
• A deposit of $500 by credit card is due at the time of booking and guarantees that this property is reserved for you.
• The $500 deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of your rental, which is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
• Once you have placed a reservation, any cancellation will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
• A 21 day cancellation policy is in effect. If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more in advance of your arrival date, $425 of the deposit will be refunded.
• If your reservation is cancelled fewer than 21 days in advance of your arrival date, no refunds will be made unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all monies shall be refunded, minus the $75 cancellation fee.

Damage Policy

If we identify damage to the property upon your departure or if excess cleaning is necessary, your credit card will immediately be charged for any excess damage or cleaning fees over the deposit amount for the estimated cost of repair, replacement, and cleaning. If there is no damage, your credit card will be credited back the full deposit.
